UFO Lights Or Lanterns? Near Terrace, Canada

A Northwestern BC resident was driving down Highway 37 near Lakelse Lake, July 21st 2012 at around 10:30pm.  As he did, he witnessed these lights.
The question is were they simply Chinese Lanterns? Your feedback appreciated..
