UFO Filmed Infront Of Sunset In Altata, nr Mexico?

This footage shows what looks to be a UFO, in front of the setting sun over Altata near Mexico.
Filmed on 8th July 2012.
I would like your opinions...
Does this footage look legitimate and if so, what could the hovering object be?
