UFO Filmed Near Moon Through Telescope

According to eyewitness, UFO seems to go up and down very slowly, this is why I don't think it was a satellite.

when you hear me say
" If you can see it there seems to be a tether on it", at this point,
please try to filter, raise gamma, what ever you think will help point
out that feature.

will say even though this is a hd cam at perfect focus it does not show
it as it looks
